Position Overview:
Wilson Hand LLC is in search of a seasoned and accomplished Senior Sales Executive to enhance our dynamic sales team.

In this role, you will be tasked with securing high-value sales agreements and delivering expert insights on the Federal tax regulations to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

I. Demonstrate a successful history of closing transactions with High-Net-Worth Individuals and business proprietors. Negotiate and finalize the terms and conditions of agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with their financial aspirations and offering tailored financial solutions.

II. Exhibit a robust understanding of financial products and services, particularly in relation to intangible financial strategies.

III. Maintain an average annual income exceeding $500,000, showcasing your expertise in closing and sales proficiency.

IV. Possess experience in managing high-ticket sales transactions on a commission basis.

V. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Federal tax code and its application in structured financial transactions.

Compensation Structure:
We provide highly competitive commissions on all new sales, with potential earnings ranging from $400,000 to $2,000,000 annually.
The average commission for US-based partners in this role is projected between $600,000 and $2,000,000, influenced by various factors including professional background and experience. Final compensation offers may vary based on these considerations.
