Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support 1 to join our team at The Florida Bar in Orlando, Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support to the office, including answering phones, responding to customer inquiries, and handling public record requests.
  • Assist the Branch Office Manager, Legal Secretaries, and Investigators with various tasks, such as copying, scanning, and sending mail.
  • Manage the conference room calendar, coordinate video equipment, and ensure the conference room is clean and well-stocked.
  • Troubleshoot office equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) and one year of clerical experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of professional office procedures and practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
