Job Title: Administrative Assistant to COO

Stellar MLS is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO). This is a hybrid role, requiring the ability to work in a hybrid work environment both in the office and remotely (in the state of Florida).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the COO's schedule, calendar, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years of experience supporting executives
  • Highly proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
