ERP Training Consultant Job Summary

Talent Software Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled ERP Training Consultant to join our team. As an ERP Training Consultant, you will collaborate with our Learning and Development team to design, create, and deliver instructional solutions and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support global enterprise resource planning (ERP) deployments.
  • Enhance the skills and performance of employees, partners, and customers.
  • Develop innovative training aligned with business strategies.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
  • Apply knowledge of ERP systems and business processes to create effective training solutions.
  • Design and develop training materials using adult learning theory principles.
  • Collaborate with global teams to develop instructional solutions and training programs.
  • Manage project timelines and deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Stay updated on trends and technology in learning design and development.
  • Support all aspects of training deployment, including planning, logistics, and metrics.
  • Deliver ERP training and support data preparation for end-user training.
  • Report progress, roadblocks, and plans on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in training development and delivery.
  • Experience with ERP systems and training lifecycle.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with SCORM eLearning standards and training development software.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, CRM tools, and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in instructional design principles and methodologies.
  • Strong visual and textual storyboarding skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to design training solutions.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across functions and geographies.
  • Self-motivated, excellent communication skills, and a team-player attitude.
  • Proactive approach to improving work standards and processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Position reports to the Learning and Development organization.
  • Located in a global environment with remote options.
  • Global responsibilities and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
