What We Are Looking For:
Brady Corp is in search of a Salesforce Platform Specialist. This position is crucial for our operations in the Americas and Asia regions.

We seek a proactive individual who can assist in the continuous improvement and enhancement of our Salesforce platform, gathering user requirements and feedback to design optimal solutions.

User experience is paramount; therefore, the ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about user management, including training, support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and report/dashboard creation to ensure high user satisfaction.

The Salesforce Platform Specialist should possess a solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, experience with ERP systems, and a strong desire for ongoing learning.

This role requires someone comfortable working closely with users and eager to learn new business processes to translate them into effective solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
Provide primary support and troubleshooting for end users. Conduct user training and develop training materials. Monitor user engagement and propose enhancements. Collaborate with various departments to identify and resolve issues. Gather requirements from users and stakeholders. Manage all aspects of user and license administration, including new user setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.

Salesforce Configuration Responsibilities:
Implement configuration changes, including but not limited to: Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports. Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications for Success:
Bachelor's Degree or, in lieu of a degree, 5 years of relevant experience. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Demonstrates initiative and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong time management capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with sales, marketing, and service teams.
