  • Design creative learning tools for ERP platform use to enhance user engagement.
  • Manage project timelines and deliver impactful outcomes that meet business objectives.
  • Stay updated on trends and technology in learning design to ensure our training solutions are cutting-edge.
  • Support all aspects of training deployment, including planning, logistics, and metrics to ensure seamless execution.
  • Deliver Oracle training and support data prep for end-user training to ensure successful adoption.
  • Report progress, roadblocks, and plans on a weekly basis to ensure transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in training development and delivery.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion CPQ and training lifecycle.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with SCORM eLearning standards and training development software such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Captivate.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of Oracle CPQ, Fusion, and CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in instructional design principles and methodologies.
  • Strong visual and textual storyboarding skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (SMES, IT, L&D, OCM) to design training solutions.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across functions and geographies.
  • Self-motivated, excellent communication skills, and a team-player attitude.
  • Proactive approach to improving work standards and processes.
