Job Summary:

We are seeking an Eclipse Support Specialist to join our IT department. As an Eclipse Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our internal teams and external customers. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and resolving service tickets related to the Epicor Eclipse ERP system.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Respond promptly to service tickets submitted by end-users and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Epicor Eclipse ERP system.
  • Documentation: Create documentation on resolving common issues to ensure that knowledge is shared across the team.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues when necessary and work together to resolve them.
  • Reporting: Create reports as needed to identify problems and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Assist with implementing new processes and improvements within the ERP system to ensure that it is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users on Eclipse functionality to ensure that they are able to use the system effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Proven experience in supporting and troubleshooting the Epicor Eclipse ERP system.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Additional Requirements: Familiarity with other IT systems and applications is a plus, and you must pass a drug test and background check before starting.
