Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated portfolio of clients.
- Process and oversee orders from initiation to invoicing.
- Confirm inventory availability and allocate lots accordingly.
- Organize pre-shipment samples as required.
- Generate invoices and monitor payment timelines.
- Facilitate product returns when necessary.

- Handle standard paperwork efficiently.
- Support sales teams, brokers, and distributors with samples, technical documents, marketing materials, and pricing proposals.
- Collaborate with the Quality department on customer inquiries and quality concerns.
- Compile sales data and reports utilizing ERP systems.
- Engage proactively with various business functions, including Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance.
- Participate in sales planning and forecasting activities.
- Run specialized queries for sales data and customer insights.
- Communicate directly with management to align on customer pricing and enforce commercial policies.
- Assist with pricing communications and provide necessary documentation to the Sales Team.
- Availability for occasional night and weekend work may be required in exceptional circumstances.
- Support urgent customer service needs during emergency shipments or crisis situations.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in international trade, logistics, or business administration is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the food industry. Candidates should have a solid background in the food sector, ideally with 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in a second language, such as Spanish or French, is advantageous but not mandatory.
Technical Skills:
Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in general computer applications and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP). Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint) is essential.
Other Requirements:
Travel requirements are minimal, estimated at 10% or less, with potential for increased travel during initial training on the ERP system.
Core Competencies:
Ideal candidates will exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, effective customer service skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic office environment. They should possess a basic understanding of accounting principles and logistics coordination, along with excellent communication skills.
Mathematical and Reasoning Skills:
Applicants must be adept at applying mathematical concepts and interpreting complex instructions. They should be able to analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Physical and Work Environment:
