Position Overview


The LTIAMD Development Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) Team is seeking a skilled professional with a robust background in business, finance, or accounting. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in Program Finance, Earned Value Management, and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).

This role is designated for a Level 4 Program Finance Analyst who will collaborate closely with Program Finance Managers, the Business Operations Senior Manager (BMIT), and the Program Management team to oversee all facets of Program Finance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily program finance tasks, ensuring effective oversight of program business and financial performance from proposal through contract execution and closure;
  • Conduct Earned Value management and reporting (including IPMR, IPMDAR, PCR, CFSR, CSDR);
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual financial forecasting for Orders, Sales, Profit, and Cash, along with Long Range Planning;
  • Analyze and prepare quarterly CSR positions and visual representations. Support the program team and financial management in proactively tracking and forecasting program expenditures, identifying issues, trends, and ensuring financial commitments are fulfilled;
  • Engage with various program and financial management personnel to ensure alignment with company and program protocols;
  • Prepare, analyze, and present program-level earned value and financial performance metrics to F&BO and Program teams;
  • Address ad hoc financial analysis requests from both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Communicate performance insights effectively to leadership teams.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field, or equivalent experience/combined education, with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree. Recognized as an emerging authority in the field.
  • Proficient understanding of the Earned Value Management (EVM) Industry Standard ANSI / EIA 748A; EVMS Management & Reporting;
  • Experience in Program Finance, including preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly program financial status, as well as forecasting Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash.

  • Strong multitasking abilities and capability to manage complex assignments;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Tableau;
  • Demonstrated aptitude for driving results, with a self-starter mentality, process-oriented approach, and structured problem-solving skills;
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational abilities;
  • Familiarity with EFS (EAC, CSR Model, MDR);
  • Knowledge of Cobra;
  • Experience interfacing with senior management;
  • Leadership experience in team settings.

Work Environment

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position in various locations is between $86,700 - $166,300. Salary information is a general guideline and may vary based on factors such as position responsibilities, candidate experience, education, key skills, and market considerations.
