Position Overview: The LTIAMD Development Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) Team is seeking a seasoned professional with a robust background in finance, business, or accounting. This role is for a Senior Program Finance Analyst (Level 3) who will collaborate closely with Program Finance Managers, the Business Operations Senior Manager, and the Program Management team across all facets of Program Finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day program finance activities, overseeing business and financial performance from proposal through contract execution and closure;
  • Conduct Earned Value Management and reporting (including IPMR, IPMDAR, PCR, CFSR, CSDR);
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual financial forecasting for Orders, Sales, Profit, & Cash, along with Long Range Planning;
  • Analyze and prepare quarterly Cost Status Reports (CSR) and related charts, assisting the program team in monitoring and forecasting expenditures, identifying issues, and ensuring financial commitments are fulfilled;
  • Engage with various program and financial management personnel to ensure compliance with company and program processes;
  • Prepare, analyze, and present program-level earned value and financial performance to F&BO and Program teams;
  • Address ad hoc financial analysis requests from both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Communicate performance metrics effectively to leadership teams.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Proficient understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM);
  • Experience in conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis;
  • Proven ability to establish and manage program cost baselines;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Desired Skills:
  • Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to manage complex assignments;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Tableau;
  • Self-starter with a process-oriented mindset and structured problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities;
  • Familiarity with ANSI / EIA 748A standards for EVMS Management & Reporting;
  • Knowledge of EFS (EAC, CSR Model, MDR) and Cobra;
  • Experience interfacing with senior management;
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience, or 4 years with a related Master’s degree.
Security Clearance Requirement: This position necessitates a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. Citizens for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Work Arrangement: Part-time remote work is available. The selected candidate will split their work schedule between remote and on-site at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Specific weekly schedules will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Options: Lockheed Martin offers various alternate work schedules for enhanced flexibility. Options range from a standard 40-hour work week to condensed schedules, providing additional time away from the office, alongside Paid Time Off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour days with 3 days off per week.
