Position Overview:

The Executive Search Associate plays a pivotal role in executing all aspects of the executive recruitment lifecycle, from candidate identification to placement. Collaborating closely with our expert Search Partners and Consultants, Associates gain hands-on experience and receive exceptional training and mentorship in an apprenticeship-like environment. Responsibilities include assisting Consultants in the recruitment process, developing search strategies, and supporting business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth industry research and client company analysis to map the executive talent landscape, providing valuable market insights.
  • Communication: Engage with prospective candidates to gauge interest in client opportunities, obtain referrals, and gather market intelligence.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely updates to Consultants.
  • Collaboration: Partner effectively with various stakeholders to foster productive and trusting relationships across the firm.
  • Ethics & Quality Assurance: Uphold the accuracy and integrity of all search-related information in our internal and external research tools.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of professional experience or a minimum of 2 years in a transferable recruiting role.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and deliver information effectively.
  • Experience in full life cycle recruiting, particularly in Executive Search or Talent Acquisition, is preferred.
