POSITION TITLE: Specialist - Search, Performance Marketing

DEPARTMENT: Investment - Performance Marketing

REPORTS TO: Director, Performance Marketing

OBJECTIVE: To assume responsibility and accountability for supporting the paid search performance marketing initiatives of the agency's clients, providing insights on campaign findings and opportunities, optimizing campaigns, and driving departmental initiatives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with various digital performance marketing management platforms.
  • Focus on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, among others.
  • Develop and implement digital strategic initiatives within these platforms.
  • Oversee and execute campaigns, including paid search accounts and analytics.
  • Monitor campaign performance, ensuring metrics are accurately tracked, including pacing and budget adjustments.
  • Communicate results and recommendations across teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize budgets and maximize digital campaign performance through A-B testing and innovative strategies.
  • Assist in creating and preparing presentation materials for client meetings.
  • Work alongside vendor partners (e.g., Google, Microsoft) to enhance campaigns and present best-in-class solutions.

CORE COMPETENCIES:

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in digital campaign management.
  • Comfortable presenting information effectively in both one-on-one and group settings.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Proficient in reading, comprehending, and composing instructions, brief correspondence, and memos.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • Achieving client objectives and KPIs through digital performance campaigns.
  • Optimizing campaigns and translating results for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Delivering strategic presentations outlining digital recommendations and anticipated outcomes.
  • Ensuring quality and timely delivery of digital campaigns.
  • Fostering peer and staff advocacy and education.
