Position Overview:

The Executive Search Associate plays a vital role in the comprehensive executive recruitment process, from identifying candidates to successful placement. Collaborating closely with our seasoned Search Partners and Principals, Associates gain invaluable hands-on experience and receive top-tier training and mentorship in a structured environment. This role involves assisting Consultants throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from crafting search strategies to executing them effectively, while also engaging in business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth industry and client company research to map the executive talent landscape and provide valuable market insights.
  • Support Consultants in formulating position specifications and targeted search strategies.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for business development and candidate evaluations for presentation to clients.

Communication:

  • Engage with potential candidates to gauge interest in client opportunities, gather referrals, and collect market intelligence.
  • Support Consultants in conducting thorough interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications against established specifications.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the search process, ensuring Consultants are updated on candidate progress.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with clients and candidates, with a growing understanding of relationship-building techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in full life cycle recruiting within Executive Search, Contingent Search, or In-House Talent Acquisition is highly desirable.
  • Background in targeting candidates, developing presentation materials, and conducting market research.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience in identifying market trends and effectively researching information through various channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large volumes of information into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
