Position Overview:

The role of the Executive Search Associate is pivotal in executing all aspects of the executive recruitment lifecycle, from identifying candidates to their successful placement. Collaborating closely with our experienced Search Partners and Principals, Associates gain invaluable hands-on experience and receive exceptional training and mentorship in a structured apprenticeship model.

Key Responsibilities:

Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough industry-specific research and analyze client companies to map the executive talent landscape, providing valuable market insights.
  • Assist in the formulation of position specifications and targeted search strategies in collaboration with Consultants.
  • Support the preparation of business development and candidate assessment materials for presentation to clients.

Communication & Relationship Management:

  • Engage with potential candidates to gauge interest in client opportunities, gather referrals, and collect market intelligence.
  • Assist in conducting comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications against established specifications.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the search process, ensuring timely updates are communicated to Consultants.

  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience, or at least 2 years of relevant recruiting experience.
  • A bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in professional communication, with the ability to articulate and present information effectively.
  • Developing skills in collaboration with clients and candidates, with an understanding of relationship-building techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in full lifecycle recruiting within Executive Search, Contingent Search, or In-House Talent Acquisition is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working across teams.
  • Experience in identifying market trends and conducting effective research through various channels.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is advantageous.
