Position Overview:
The role of the Executive Search Associate is pivotal in managing all aspects of the executive recruitment lifecycle, from identifying candidates to facilitating placements. Collaborating closely with our seasoned Search Partners and Principals, Associates gain invaluable hands-on experience and benefit from world-class training and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Research & Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and client companies to provide valuable market insights.
- Assist in formulating position specifications and targeted search strategies.
- Support the preparation of business development and candidate assessment materials for clients.
Communication & Relationship Management:
- Engage with potential candidates to gauge interest in client opportunities and gather market intelligence.
- Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications against established specifications.
- Maintain candidate relationships throughout the search process, keeping Consultants informed of updates.
Values & Ethics:
- Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to foster trust and productive relationships.
- Promote a culture of teamwork and inclusivity within the organization.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience, or at least 2 years in a related recruiting role.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present information effectively.
- Experience in full lifecycle recruiting, particularly in Executive Search or Talent Acquisition, is preferred.
