About the Role:

Pandora Sales Leads are the ultimate brand ambassadors, responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our stores. As a Sales Lead, you will be the go-to person for product knowledge, sales strategies, and team motivation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a Culture of Excellence: Foster a culture of genuine love and passion for the Pandora brand, encouraging team members to be brand ambassadors.
  • Product Knowledge and Sales: Ensure product knowledge and Pandora's specialized selling model (SPARK) are being fostered in all guest interactions.
  • Meet Commercial Targets: Meet and exceed individual and store commercial targets and KPI expectations.
  • Lead and Inspire the Sales Team: Lead and inspire a sales team to be accountable for both individual and overall store goals.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Support a high-performance selling environment that delivers exceptional shopping experiences at all times.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Complete Pandora product knowledge training to leverage driving sales.
  • Client Relationships: Cultivate a solid customer/client base through customer engagement and build relationships.
  • Coaching and Feedback: Provide coaching and feedback in the moment to drive KPI goal achievement.
  • Leadership Presence: Maintain a leadership presence on the sales floor, team selling, and role-play to maximize selling opportunities.
  • Loss Prevention: Always maintain a keen awareness of clients to deliver a world-class shopping experience and control loss prevention.
  • Division of Responsibility: Learn and support the execution of assigned divisions of responsibility (talent, brand, operations, and fan experience) to ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, operationally sound processes, and continuously grow and develop talent.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: 1 year of leadership experience in a client-centric selling environment or in a comparable brand is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Management: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
  • Retail Math and KPIs: Knowledge of retail math and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Time Management: Ability to set/adjust priorities, delegate as needed, and manage your time effectively.
  • Coaching and Development: Experience coaching a team to high performance.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS, and an applicant tracking system preferred.
  • Age and Availability: Must be 18 years of age or older and available to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
