We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Team Lead to join our Platforms team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving global commercial strategy and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and scale a high-performing sales team to meet growth targets and capture demand for Adyen's Platforms solutions across segments and verticals.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executive stakeholders at large Enterprise prospects and help close deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Marketing, Sales, and Product, to achieve our mission and drive business results.
- Drive a data-driven approach to sales, using metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize sales performance.
- 2+ years of experience leading a sales team, with a proven track record of scaling sales organizations and driving growth.
- 5+ years of experience in the payments industry, with a deep understanding of Enterprise B2B sales and the complexities of long sales cycles.
- Extensive experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A competitive salary range of $170,000-$260,000, plus annual bonus and equity.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
