We are in search of an outstanding Sales Team Lead to become a vital part of our US Sales division based in San Francisco.

Role Overview

The Sales Team Lead position presents a unique chance to contribute to the establishment of a high-performing US Sales Team at Too Good To Go. You will make a substantial impact by mentoring, developing, and expanding a rapidly growing team of Sales Specialists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coaching and Development
    • Effectively mentor team members on pitching, negotiation, and closing strategies.
    • Skilled in imparting sales tactics and best practices.
    • Assist in the creation and execution of sales training programs.
  • Leadership and People Management
    • Lead by example through behavior and sales performance.
    • Communicate messages clearly and appropriately.
    • Conduct thorough one-on-one meetings and deliver clear team presentations.
    • Set clear expectations and engage in constructive performance discussions.
    • Contribute to building a dynamic, high-achieving sales team.
  • Sales Expertise
    • Clearly and persuasively articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in value and solution selling.
  • Sales Management Proficiency
    • Effectively oversee KPIs across various sales channels to enhance performance.
    • Expertise in managing sales pipelines.
    • Ability to generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce/CRM systems to visualize performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Sales Experience:
    • Minimum of 1 year in a management role.
    • Consistent record of top performance.
    • Experience in SMB and Mid-Market sales.
    • Strong grasp of pipeline management.
  • Coaching Experience:
    • Experience coaching a sales team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to mentor individual contributors to reach their full potential.
    • Expertise in value and solution selling.
