About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Sales Group Manager to lead and develop a team of Treasury sales professionals at 144780-Payments Us. As a key member of our Commercial Bank team, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience for clients while mitigating risk and guiding the team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Lead, hire, and manage a team of Treasury sales professionals to achieve positive performance results.
  2. Relationship Building: Lead with direction and coordination to build successful relationships with clients, bankers, and other internal partners.
  3. Performance Management: Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, recognition, and feedback to ensure team members are meeting their goals.
  4. Strategic Development: Develop and implement client, market, people, and business strategies to drive growth and success.
  5. Risk Management: Protect the firm by applying sound risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  6. Communication: Participate in partner meetings and communicate key Treasury Management messages in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 7+ years of sales and industry experience, with 3+ years of sales leadership experience.
  2. Knowledge: Knowledge of treasury products and solutions, as well as excellent client management skills.
  3. Skills: Highly motivated, independent worker within a team-oriented culture, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Education: Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  2. Analytical Skills: Superior analytical and quantitative skills.
  3. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
