Treasury Sales Group Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Sales Group Manager to lead and develop a team of Treasury sales professionals at 144780-Payments Us. As a key member of our Commercial Bank team, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience for clients while mitigating risk and guiding the team.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead, hire, and manage a team of Treasury sales professionals to achieve positive performance results.
- Relationship Building: Lead with direction and coordination to build successful relationships with clients, bankers, and other internal partners.
- Performance Management: Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, recognition, and feedback to ensure team members are meeting their goals.
- Strategic Development: Develop and implement client, market, people, and business strategies to drive growth and success.
- Risk Management: Protect the firm by applying sound risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Communication: Participate in partner meetings and communicate key Treasury Management messages in a timely and accurate manner.
- Experience: 7+ years of sales and industry experience, with 3+ years of sales leadership experience.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of treasury products and solutions, as well as excellent client management skills.
- Skills: Highly motivated, independent worker within a team-oriented culture, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Analytical Skills: Superior analytical and quantitative skills.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
