Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Executives in transaction support, including answering inquiries, entering orders, coordinating ad copy, and following up on invoice discrepancies.
  • Communicate commercial air times, coordinate ad copy, and respond to incoming requests.
  • Enter orders into systems, verify accuracy, and assist with make-goods and maintaining orders.
  • Assist with creating packages, proposals, and pre-emption reports.
  • Support Account Executives with ADUs posting and pre-posting, and obtain credit approvals for new accounts.
  • Follow up with agencies and customers on invoice discrepancies and collections.

About You

We are looking for a strong teammate with excellent organizational and analytical skills, who is accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and has a working knowledge of the media sales industry.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) spoken and written skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Previous advertising/media experience and exposure to Nielsen.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
