We are seeking a talented Account Executive to join our team in multiple markets. As a key member of our sales team, you will establish and cultivate relationships with clients and prospects, leveraging our unique asset offerings to drive business growth. You will work closely with our creative, sales, and marketing teams to develop effective advertising campaigns that meet our clients' needs.

Your Role

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and qualifying new sales leads
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects
  • Managing time, travel, and resources to maximize sales calls
  • Preparing and presenting customized proposals and agreements to prospective and existing customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop effective advertising campaigns
  • Partnering with Charting, Creative, Operations, and Administrative staff to ensure timely delivery of advertisements
  • Assisting in the resolution of issues related to billing and accounts
  • Maintaining consistent use of our CRM system to track and manage sales activities and pipeline opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining selling skills through regular training and professional development

Your Experience

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A proven record of exceeding sales quotas within the past two years
  • Strong experience managing customer relationships
  • High-level organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver presentations
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment

Your Qualifications

We require:

  • 3+ years' experience in OOH advertising, media sales
  • Demonstrated relationship building skills that extend to internal team members in pre/post-sales
  • Proficiency in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying accounts
  • Experience selling mobile/digital advertising ecosystem a plus
  • Ability to understand products and effectively identify how they can provide value to a prospective customer
  • Ability to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • College degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Local Market knowledge preferred
