Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and prospect new clients, identifying targeted marketing leads based on need
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring exceptional external and internal relationships
  • Independently manage time, travel, and resources to maximize the number of sales calls, targeting industries for annual, seasonal, and/or short-term advertising buys
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and agreements to prospective and existing customers, collaborating with internal creative departments and clients to develop effective advertising campaigns
  • Negotiate and execute contracts, optimizing a win-win result, and manage, maintain, and grow current client base
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Previous experience in OOH, Digital, or Broadcast media is a plus
  • Proven record of exceeding sales quotas, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environments, with strong organizational skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

The base compensation for this role is $50,000 - $125,000 per year, plus commission, with competitive salary/incentive compensation and benefits, 401k match, and expense account. Orange Barrel Media is an equal-opportunity employer.
