Position Summary:

The Bilingual Risk and Compliance Specialist will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to uphold adherence to information security policies and the execution of compliance frameworks. This role is pivotal in managing compliance issues with clients, suppliers, and partners while providing guidance to internal teams on risk and compliance standards. A solid understanding of various security, privacy, and compliance frameworks is essential for this position.

Work Environment:

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence at our headquarters for three days each week, with the option to work remotely for the remaining days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulating relevant policies and procedures aligned with industry standards.
  • Support the dissemination and communication of security protocols and operational procedures across the organization.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Identify control deficiencies and engage in the development and monitoring of new controls.
  • Participate in incident response activities related to security as necessary.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Address and comply with external regulatory requirements.
  • Establish a comprehensive risk management program, including a risk registry and assessment processes.
  • Develop a baseline for security configurations across all network devices and endpoints.
  • Work alongside IT to create a robust change management process.
  • Coordinate with vulnerability management teams to ensure timely remediation actions.
  • Create an Information Security Dashboard to visualize metrics from various security controls and technologies.
  • Contribute to the information security awareness training initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in security, particularly in a Risk/Compliance capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Splunk Enterprise Security and Netskope CASB is preferred.
  • Possession of one or more certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC.
  • Prior experience in the Semiconductor or R&D sectors is advantageous.
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience with various compliance and risk management frameworks.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols and standards (e.g., TCP/IP, IPSEC, routing protocols, 802.1x).
  • Documented success in areas including Risk Management, Auditing/Compliance, Configuration Management, Employee Education, and Vulnerability Management.
