Senior Quality Assurance Manager for Compliance

About the Team
The Compliance Quality Assurance (QA) team at Compliance Wise is a dynamic group of professionals committed to ensuring the highest standards of compliance across all operations. We work collaboratively to identify risks, implement effective controls, and promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive QA reviews of compliance processes to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Analyze regulatory requirements to design effective testing strategies that identify potential control weaknesses.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting phases of QA reviews, ensuring thorough documentation of findings.
- Communicate potential compliance issues to senior management and recommend actionable solutions.
- Ensure timely responses from stakeholders regarding QA recommendations and identified deficiencies.
- Maintain a centralized repository for all compliance-related issues and observations.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing QA findings and suggested improvements for senior management.
- Document QA processes clearly to facilitate understanding by third parties.
- Incorporate the organization's risk appetite and culture into daily compliance activities and decision-making.
Who You Are
We are looking for candidates who meet the essential qualifications for this role. While preferred qualifications are advantageous, they are not mandatory.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in QA, testing, or governance roles related to compliance and risk management.
- Familiarity with the compliance landscape and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical and writing skills, particularly in drafting QA reports.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of managing projects to completion.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to synthesize complex information effectively.
- Discretion in handling sensitive compliance matters.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in multiple languages, including English and Chinese.
