Job Overview

Position Title: Risk and AML Analyst (Mandarin)
Location: Remote
Contract Type: Temporary
Compensation: $35 - $38 per hour

Language Requirements: Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential, as effective communication with partners in China is a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Risk and/or AML operations, specifically in areas such as KYC/KYB (onboarding), Fraud Risk Assessment, Sanction Screening, Transaction Monitoring, SAR Documentation, and Enhanced Due Diligence.
  • Familiarity with standard KYC or AML systems, workflows, typologies, and industry best practices in Risk and AML operations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team while also working independently across various departments.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and sound professional judgment regarding KYC, Sanctions, and SAR processes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are required; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
  • Experience in e-commerce, payment processing, MSB, or financial services is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related fields, or equivalent experience in compliance and legal matters; CAMS certification is a plus.
