Job Overview

  • The Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in assisting the General Managers to meet both quantitative and qualitative objectives of their establishments, ensuring adherence to Company Policies & Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide all Shift Supervisors and Team Members to prioritize complete customer satisfaction, with Customer Service as the foremost priority.
  • Empowered to take necessary actions to address customer complaints swiftly and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Required to respond promptly to all customer grievances through various channels, including the Company's website, in person, or via telephone.
  • Ensure the safety of Team Members and Customers by adhering to safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Achieve Company standards in Food & Beverage Cost Control, Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Cash Control.
  • Recruit, schedule, train, evaluate, and when necessary, discipline Team Members in accordance with Company protocols.
  • Create weekly work schedules in compliance with Company policies and Labor Laws.
  • Effectively manage labor hours based on business levels by sending Team Members home when necessary.
  • Foster positive employee relations and address Team Member grievances promptly.
  • Ensure all required actions on the Company's checklists are completed, including Cleaning Chart duties.
  • Consistently manage Team Members to meet Company standards, expectations, and governmental regulations.
  • Manage by Priority: Customer Service, Cleanliness, Restock & Prep, Miscellaneous Cleaning.
  • Monitor sanitation requirements, cashier protocol, portioning, and waste to maintain quality.
  • Conduct Hourly Temperature & Quality Checks and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain Cash Management protocols, including routine cash drops, shift receipts, change availability, and accurate Cash Variance documentation.
  • Effectively manage required staffing levels and ensure compliance with Company standards and regulations.
  • Keep Team Member attendance records updated and manage stock levels to prevent shortages.
  • Generate purchase orders, conduct Daily and Inventory Counts, and complete Weekly Inventory counts.
  • Handle all reporting requirements, including Cost Variance reporting, Payroll Worksheet, and Camera Reviews.
  • Communicate all relevant information to Team Members and maintain communication with General Manager and District Manager on various operational matters.
  • Ensure property and equipment are functioning properly by following maintenance protocols.
  • Participate in training sessions and Company meetings as required.

Qualifications:

  • 1 Year experience as a Supervisor in a Quick Service Restaurant or Casual Dining Environment or as a Mighty Taco Shift Supervisor.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Serv Safe Certification (Preferred).
  • Skills: Time Management, Organizational Skills, Leadership, Communication Skills.
  • Minimum 40-hour work week with availability for various shifts including late nights and weekends.
  • Willingness to work at any Mighty Taco location.
  • Reliable Telephone & Transportation.
  • Must Pass the Mighty Taco Management Test.
