About the Role

Rite Aid of New York is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lead Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for supervising and assisting Store Associates with daily tasks, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and assist Store Associates with daily operational tasks, including receiving and stocking procedures, cash handling, and customer transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with merchandising tasks, including plan-o-gram implementation and visual merchandising.
  • Perform regular inventory inspections, removing or rotating products as needed to maintain a fresh and appealing store environment.
  • Design and implement a monthly schedule to optimize workflow and ensure efficient store operations.
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to company standards and protocols.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in retail, food service, restaurant, or customer service industry, preferably at a supervisor level.
