Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold exceptional employment quality standards in alignment with company policies.
  • Assist in preparing the kitchen for the opening team.
  • Review schedules for incoming kitchen staff.
  • Enforce security protocols and coach team members on compliance.
  • Conduct end-of-day reviews from the previous shift.
  • Monitor daily inventory levels and prepare for incoming orders.
  • Ensure adherence to product shelf-life guidelines.
  • Check temperatures of refrigeration units and dishwashing equipment prior to food preparation.
  • Possess knowledge of menu item specifications and flavor profiles.
  • Follow recipe guidelines meticulously to maintain quality.
  • Review and execute daily sanitation checklists and health inspections.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Oversee the flow of kitchen orders to optimize cooking times.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Certified trainer in back-of-house operations.
  • Successful completion of assessment testing.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the restaurant industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of back-of-house functions.
