The **Team Shift Supervisor** plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring that all employees perform their duties in alignment with company standards and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of a Team Shift Supervisor include:

Qualifications

Ideal candidates for the Team Shift Supervisor position typically possess a high school diploma or GED. While not mandatory, an associate degree in business management may be advantageous. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field may demonstrate advanced knowledge and skills.

Experience in a team environment within the industry is often required, with internal candidates needing a minimum of three months of service and a clean performance record over the past six months. Availability for at least 24 hours per week, including weekends, is essential.
