Job Summary:

The incumbent will oversee the daily safe and effective operation of into-plane and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) fueling operations. This includes managing activity scheduling, workforce planning, fuel quality assessments, budgeting/forecasting, and performance oversight. Additionally, the role entails ensuring that customer service benchmarks are achieved and contractual obligations are fulfilled.

The anticipated compensation range is $75,000 - $80,000 annually. Full-time employees are entitled to a comprehensive suite of health and wellness benefits, including a 401(k) plan with company matching, paid vacation, sick leave, and company holidays.

Your Responsibilities:

- Maintain a safe and efficient operation through subordinate staff to enhance operational effectiveness and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure customer service standards are consistently met and contractual obligations are executed.
- Enforce company safety and health regulations.
- Ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, IATA, ATA, U.S. Customs, airport authority, and company regulations.
- Monitor adherence to ATA 103 Fuel Quality Control Specifications, NFPA 407, and FAR Part regulations.
- Supervise time and attendance tracking, managing staff to minimize overtime reliance.
- Regularly communicate with customers, airport authorities, and government agency representatives.
- Provide coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions for employees violating company policies.
- Collaborate with branch administrative personnel to review operational and sales reports to assess service adequacy and implement necessary changes.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to location, employee, and aircraft incidents/accidents.
- Meet KPIs for on-time performance and financial performance at the location.

Your Profile:

- Preferred: College Level Degree
- Minimum of eight years of experience in into-plane operations, with at least five years in a managerial capacity required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various business documents, technical procedures, and government regulations.
- Capability to address practical problems and manage a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
