Compensation Package
- Eligible for a $7,500 signing bonus, distributed over the first 15 months
- Pay scale: Class A Driver - $28.50 per hour; Class B Driver - $27.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicle to ensure all mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is operational
- Gather delivery instructions and confirm routes
- Drive assigned vehicle along designated routes
- Adhere to safety protocols while transporting goods
- Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or traffic violations
- Maintain accurate logs of working hours and vehicle service in compliance with regulations
- Document details such as weight, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Utilize GPS and communication devices to coordinate with supervisors
- Adjust routes as necessary to optimize fuel efficiency
- Load and unload vehicles using specialized equipment when required
- Engage professionally with colleagues and clients
- Follow company policies and procedures diligently
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL and current DOT medical certification
- Must be at least 21 years old to comply with federal regulations
- Endorsements (tanker and doubles) as required by the vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience with a satisfactory MVR
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in reading and speaking English as mandated by federal regulations
- Familiarity with DOT and FMCSA regulations
- Understanding of transportation and safety principles
- Ability to operate and monitor vehicles and equipment effectively
- Willingness to work overtime and adjust schedules as needed
- Local travel required; minimal overnight travel
Physical Requirements
Constantly (over 2/3 of the time):
- Remain seated while operating the vehicle
- Monitor equipment functionality
- Enter and exit the vehicle and equipment
Frequently (1/3 to 2/3 of the time):
- Communicate with team members and supervisors
- Lift and move equipment and materials weighing up to 60 lbs.
- Perform various physical tasks such as walking, climbing, and reaching
- Operate electronic devices for navigation and communication
Occasionally (under 1/3 of the time):
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Handle materials requiring personal protective equipment
- Navigate uneven surfaces
- Complete logs and reports electronically and manually
