Job Summary

USA Health is seeking a skilled Transportation Coordinator to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for transporting patients and guests safely and efficiently within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport patients and guests within our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Operate a vehicle safely, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, guests, and staff, providing clear instructions and updates.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to all safety and maintenance standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the transportation team to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Working Conditions

This role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations is essential.
