Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Transport Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is essential in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of patients within the healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Patient Care Transport Specialist, your primary duties will include:
  1. Safely and promptly transporting patients, medical equipment, and related items to designated locations.
  2. Ensuring the comfort and safety of patients during transport, including securing IVs and other medical devices.
  3. Communicating effectively with healthcare staff to coordinate patient movements and address any concerns.
  4. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with patients and their families.
  5. Reporting any signs of patient distress or equipment issues to nursing staff immediately.
  6. Adhering to all regulatory standards and facility policies, including confidentiality and patient rights.
  7. Performing additional duties as assigned to support the healthcare team.

Qualifications:
While previous experience in customer service is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates should possess a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
