Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Van Driver to join our team at Arab Nursing & Rehab Center. As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients to and from medical appointments, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the journey.

Responsibilities
  • Transport patients to and from medical appointments, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Accompany patients on all medical visits, providing emotional support and assistance as needed.
  • Obtain and verify patient documents, prescriptions, and medical orders before and after each visit.
  • Report to the RCM and provide detailed information about each visit, including any concerns or issues that arose.
  • Perform other duties as required and assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Valid state driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Physically able to assist ambulatory and non-ambulatory patients with transfers to and from wheelchairs to vehicles.
  • Qualified as a Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.) or equivalent experience.
  • Clean criminal record and any other state required certifications.
