Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Maintenance Technician to join our team at Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. As a Shuttle Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of passengers to and from designated locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Shuttle Vehicle Safely: Safely operate a shuttle vehicle to transport passengers to and from designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Follow Routes and Schedules: Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers.
  • Assist Passengers: Assist passengers with loading and unloading their belongings as needed.
  • Maintain Vehicle Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the shuttle vehicle.
  • Report Maintenance Needs: Report any vehicle maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
  • Follow Safety Protocols: Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a shuttle driver or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Heavy Equipment Operation: Familiarity with operating heavy equipment, such as pallet jacks, is a plus.
  • Mechanical Knowledge: Mechanical knowledge to handle basic vehicle maintenance tasks is desirable.
  • Manual Transmission: Ability to operate vehicles with manual transmissions is required.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with passengers in a professional manner.
  • Local Knowledge: Knowledge of local routes and streets for efficient navigation.
