Business Development Director

Ciklum is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our sales efforts in Scandinavia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement new client acquisition strategies to maintain Ciklum's revenue growth in the target vertical
- Lead and deliver early-stage discussions/pitches, developing them into meaningful opportunities
- Research, develop and maintain strategic target account list
- Develop relationships with key buyers and decision makers at target clients
- Assume leadership role in proposal kick-off, storyboard and win theme sessions
- Ensure pipeline quality and quantity in CRM and follow the Ciklum's sales process
- At least 10 years of experience in selling complex software development services
- Proven track record of success in selling high value complex deals to a number of verticals
- Expertise in interacting with C-Level Executives and ability to convey the value proposition of the Ciklum suite of services
- Fluent Swedish and English speaker with strong written communication skills
- Uncapped earning potential for the entrepreneurial high performer
- Possibility to strategically influence the development of a large-scale international business
- Flat hierarchy in the sales team, reporting directly to the Regional Managing Director
- Possibility to work remotely
