About the Role

Ciklum is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our sales efforts in Scandinavia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new client acquisition strategies to maintain Ciklum's revenue growth in the target vertical
  • Lead and deliver early-stage discussions/pitches, developing them into meaningful opportunities
  • Research, develop and maintain strategic target account list
  • Develop relationships with key buyers and decision makers at target clients
  • Assume leadership role in proposal kick-off, storyboard and win theme sessions
  • Ensure pipeline quality and quantity in CRM and follow the Ciklum's sales process
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in selling complex software development services
  • Proven track record of success in selling high value complex deals to a number of verticals
  • Expertise in interacting with C-Level Executives and ability to convey the value proposition of the Ciklum suite of services
  • Fluent Swedish and English speaker with strong written communication skills
