Senior Product Development Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Scientist to join our team at RCM Life Sciences and IT. As a key member of our Research and Development department, you will be responsible for providing project leadership for multiple technical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project leadership for multiple technical projects conducted within the R&D department.
- Under the close guidance of management and other senior R&D staff members, complete assigned projects with minimal supervision.
- Engage in laboratory work to expand, coat, and test microspheres, as well as plan, lead, and analyze production trials.
- Support and collaborate with all individuals within the company as necessary to achieve project success.
- Organize and convene additional meetings as necessary to achieve project success.
Requirements:
- BS or higher degree in Chemistry, Material Science, or related field.
- Excellent data analysis skills to form solid conclusions.
- Fluency in using contemporary and relevant software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other similar tools.
- Recognized ability to work collaboratively and harmoniously with other departments and R&D colleagues.
