About the Role

BBSI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Building: Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and build strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and analyze their needs to develop targeted sales approaches.
  • Sales and Business Development: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies to close deals.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the sales team, branch team, and other stakeholders to align prospects and move them through the sales process.
  • Business Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed sales goals, and provide regular updates and insights to the sales team and leadership.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the ASO or Payroll services, PEO, Commercial Insurance, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, negotiating, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Certifications: Possession of a valid driver's license with valid automobile insurance meeting BBSI criteria.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: Starting salary range of $85,000-100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Incentive Pay: Eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
