Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and implement human resource policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including developing job descriptions, posting job openings, and conducting interviews.
  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Administer employee benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as flexible spending accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including those related to equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and workers' compensation.
  • Collaborate with the Head of School to develop and implement strategic plans for human resources.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on human resources-related issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
