Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR Department, assisting with various tasks, projects, and overall upkeep of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support:
    1. Coordinate the recruitment process by performing administrative tasks to facilitate the smooth coordination of the hiring process.
    2. Assist in scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, coordinating communication with candidates, and providing overall support to the recruiting team.
    3. Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment statuses.
    4. Post job openings on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
    5. Monitor and manage job postings to ensure accuracy and visibility.
  • HR Support:
    1. Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process for new hires, externs, and ICs in healthcare, including coordination of background checks, L&C, I-9s, HRIS entry, and weekly New Hire Orientation (NHO).
    2. Manage employee status changes within the HRIS system.
    3. Facilitate the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring final documentation and pay meets required deadlines and compliance.
    4. Manage the HR inbox, respond to employee inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, and escalate to proper HR team members when needed.
    5. Assist with the performance review process by initiating performance reviews in ADP and following up with supervisors to ensure timely completion.
    6. Audit time and attendance records for accuracy and compliance.
    7. Coordinate and facilitate required annual compliance processes for employees.
    8. Provide coverage for the HR Team during absences and/or when necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum AA in business administration, human resources, or another related field, or minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience: 3 plus years of full-time administrative experience in an office setting required. Education may take the place of experience.
  • Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
  • Customer Service: Must have strong oral and written communication skills and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Strong team player and ability to work independently.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs, solicit customer feedback to improve service, and respond to requests for service and assistance.
