Director of Development and Growth

We are looking for a charismatic leader to join our team as Director of Fundraising Operations. As a seasoned professional with at least two years of experience in face-to-face fundraising, political canvassing, event or sports marketing, or sales management and team building, you will lead our cross-market teams across the U.S.
Your responsibilities will include allocating resources, developing and executing successful fundraising campaigns, approving human resources planning, recruiting, hiring, and training new staff, leading and supporting existing markets, and ensuring quality initiatives through effective training practices.
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and make a real difference in the communities we serve.
