Business Development Director

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to drive the adoption of our Real World Evidence solutions across the USA. As a key member of our team, you will identify and secure new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to promote our Real World Evidence solutions in the USA.
- Identify and target potential clients within the pharmaceutical industry, payers, healthcare providers, and other relevant organizations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and aligning our offerings to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing deals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare or life sciences industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Real World Evidence (RWE) and its applications in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and/or medical devices.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000, depending on experience.
