We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at Houston GS Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profit goals in our region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and account management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership or mentorship role. A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications is preferred.

Key responsibilities of the Business Development Associate include:

  • Conducting market research and assigning designated territories for the sales team to execute sales strategies and outreach initiatives
  • Managing territory permits and licenses for the point of sale
  • Gathering and providing feedback to upper-level management on training procedures, sales methods, and customer experiences
  • Learning and mastering the complete campaign and sales process
  • Onboarding entry-level sales representatives and leading sales, product knowledge, and client relations training sessions

Essential requirements for the Business Development Associate include:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a leadership, mentorship, training, or management role
  • A self-starter with the ability to motivate themselves to hit goals
  • Approachable, friendly, and patient
  • Seeking continuous growth and leading responsibility

This is an in-person position located in League City, TX, and involves working with customers directly daily.
