Job Title: Business Development Representative

Rise Association Management Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including community association leaders and decision-makers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance to inform sales strategies and optimize results
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies
