GXO Logistics is seeking a talented Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and enhancing sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and market conditions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and product development, to ensure alignment and collaboration across functions and optimize the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects and vendor relationships to execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Communication: Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management, and provide regular progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, marketing, or equivalent related work or military experience.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage teams, multi-task, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Travel: Availability to travel occasionally for in-person meetings.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the supply chain industry.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
