Sales Strategy Formulation:
Work alongside senior leadership to devise and execute sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and prevailing market conditions.
Collaboration Across Functions:
Engage with various departments, including marketing, finance, and product development, to ensure cohesive collaboration and optimize the overall customer experience.
Lead cross-functional projects and manage vendor partnerships to implement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Communicate project updates, milestones, and statuses to stakeholders, including senior management, while providing regular progress reports.
Qualifications for Success at GXO:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent military experience
2-3 years of experience in sales operations, marketing, or a related area.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead teams
Capability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Self-driven with a strong focus on achieving results
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person meetings
Experience in the supply chain sector
Solution-oriented approach to drive change
Outstanding organizational, conflict resolution, and time management skills
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum
