Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Formulation: Work alongside senior leadership to create and execute sales strategies that align with the company's goals and market dynamics.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with departments such as marketing, finance, and product development to ensure cohesive efforts and enhance the customer journey.

- Provide updates on project status, milestones, and key developments to stakeholders, including senior management, and deliver regular progress reports.
Qualifications for Success at GXO:
To be considered, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work or military experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, marketing, or a related area.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead teams.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Self-driven with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
It would be advantageous if you also possess:
- Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person meetings.
- Experience in the supply chain sector.
- A solution-oriented approach to drive change.
- Exceptional organizational, conflict resolution, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum.
