Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Formulation: Work with senior leadership to devise and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives and market dynamics.

Qualifications for Success at GXO:
To be considered, you will need:

- 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage personnel.
- Capability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
- Self-driven with a strong desire to achieve results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person meetings.
- Experience in the supply chain sector.
- A solution-oriented approach to drive change.
- Excellent organizational, conflict resolution, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
