As the Sales Operations/Enablement Manager at GXO Logistics, you will oversee key initiatives aimed at enhancing sales effectiveness. This diverse role requires robust leadership capabilities, adept project management skills, and the ability to synchronize sales and marketing strategies to meet business goals. Your responsibilities will include analyzing sales metrics, managing vendor partnerships, and collaborating with various teams to drive revenue growth and improve overall sales performance.

Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Formulation: Work alongside senior leadership to craft and execute sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and market dynamics.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other divisions, including marketing, finance, and product development, to ensure cohesive efforts and enhance the overall customer journey.
- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional projects and manage vendor relationships to implement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide updates on project status, key milestones, and progress reports to stakeholders, including senior management.
Qualifications for Success at GXO:
To be considered, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead teams.
- Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Self-driven with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
- An analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data, analyzing trends, and making informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person meetings.
- Experience in the supply chain sector.
- A solution-oriented approach to drive change.
- Excellent organizational, conflict resolution, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
