In the role of Sales Operations/Enablement Manager at GXO Logistics, you will oversee key initiatives aimed at enhancing sales effectiveness. This diverse position calls for robust leadership, adept project management capabilities, and the skill to synchronize sales and marketing efforts to meet corporate goals. Your responsibilities will include analyzing sales metrics, managing vendor partnerships, and collaborating with various teams to drive revenue growth and improve overall sales performance.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Formulation: Work alongside senior leadership to create and execute sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and market dynamics.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other divisions, including marketing, finance, and product development, to ensure cohesive efforts and enhance the overall customer journey.
  • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Oversee cross-functional projects and vendor relationships to implement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide updates on project status, key milestones, and progress reports to stakeholders, including senior management.

Qualifications for Success at GXO:

To be considered, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work or military experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, marketing, or a related area.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead teams.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Self-driven with a strong focus on achieving results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make informed decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person meetings.
  • Experience in the supply chain sector.
  • A solution-oriented approach to drive change.
  • Outstanding organizational, conflict resolution, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum.
